Both in sound and colour, Lauren Neko’s presence encourages everyone to be their most vibrant and true self - both in life and on the dancefloor.
Artist. DJ. Vocalist. Producer. Lauren Neko has over two decades of performance experience and a deep collection of genre-bending tunes.
She has featured on line ups with Purple Disco Machine, Sonny Fodera, Monki (DFTD), and Jamie Jones. Closing and headlining events and festivals like Ultra Violet (Mardi Gras), Poof Doof, and Cloud 9 (FIji), Karma Beach Club (Bali). Playing and releasing on classic club brands like Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi, Kinky Malkini and Soul Heaven. . She has collaborated with international artists including Nicky Romero and Roni Size.
Her sound is influenced by a wide array of music. Especially live dance acts and House Icons such as Groove Armada, Basement Jaxx, Oden and Fatzo, Mousse T, Roger Sanchez, Chaka Kahn, Crazy P, Dusky, MoonBoots, Aluna, Goldfrapp, Faithless, LF System, Alan Braxe, Jamiroquai, and CHIC… to name a few.

With multiple residencies at Clubs and House establishments such as Tatler, Universal. LUV’D UP! - her event brand and live act - hosts LUV’D UP! SUNDAYS every Sunday at the infamous Imperial Erskineville Rooftop.
Lauren Neko has performed an impressive array of headline slots at prestigious events like ULTRA VIOLET Festival (Mardi Gras) and POOF DOOF. Domestically, she has supported high profile artists including Purple Disco Machine, Jamie Jones (UK), LNTG (AU), Sonny Fodera (AU/UK), and Monki (UK).
Lauren Neko's sound as a DJ is a rich fusion of multiple generations of House, Funk, and Disco influences. Artists you could expect in her sets include Dario D'Attis, Funk Agenda, Groove Armada, Martin Solveig, Mousse T, Roger Sanchez, Alan Braxe, Oden and Fatzo, Honey Dijon, LF System.

A full decade before she was a DJ Lauren Neko’s voice has been heard with sass and soul on stages across the globe - performing at HED KANDI (IBZ), LIVE with Russell Morgan (K-Klass) and sharing lineups with Sonny Fodera (AU/UK), Seamus Haji (UK), Purple Disco Machine and Will Clarke(UK).
As a featured topline vocalist, some of her career highlights include working with Roni Size, Nicky Romero, and being featured on the iconic Ministry of Sound compilation ‘Housexy.’ She has been featured on scores of compilations and nearly 20 Single/EP releases, many long before the days of streaming.
Vocally, she's influenced by the captivating voices of Danielle (Crazy P), Clementine Douglas, Crystal Waters and divas of CHIC. Indy influences include Alison Goldfrapp, Aluna, Shirley Mason, Nao, and La Roux.
Working under a few Aliases, Lauren Neko toplines for house, indy-dance, progressive, tech, and disco. In collaboration with Romy Black - DISCO SLIPPERS - is launching as a LIVE and releasing act in 2025.

Co-producing music for years, Lauren Neko took the leap releasing music as producer and vocalist.
Her debut producer single - Do Alright - peaked #57 on the ARIA Club Chart in 2023.
Don’t Touch - released on ‘Dare To Recordings’ in 2024 - is a banging club favourite, with a powerful message about claiming your body and space.
Lauren Neko continues to create new music, with a mix of collaborations and solo projects being released in 2025
